About Emily…

I’m Emily Pareti—a 33-year-old Jersey girl, proud mom of two (soon to be three!), and wife to my high school sweetheart. Movement, health, and wellness have always been at the heart of who I am. I grew up as a competitive dancer, training in acro, gymnastics, and a variety of dance styles, and later spent 10 years teaching acro and hip hop at my former dance studio. After a little hiatus, I returned this past summer (2025) to teach acro and tumbling again—a full-circle moment that I absolutely cherish.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Communications from Rutgers University, where I danced on the Rutgers Dance Team and competed nationally in jazz, pom, and hip hop. From 2014 to 2018, I lived in Makaha, Hawaii, where I discovered yoga at Kahumana Farm. My practice deepened during my second journey with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, which taught me the incredible healing power of movement, mindfulness, and gratitude.

“Yoga begins right where I am. Not where I was yesterday or where I long to be.”

In 2019, I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and began teaching Vinyasa-style classes that blend thoughtful challenge with accessibility for all levels. That same year, I became certified in Aerial Yoga and now serve as the Lead Aerial Instructor at Dhyana Yoga in North Brunswick, where I launched and continue to lead our Aerial Yoga Teacher Training program.

My passion for supporting prenatal and postnatal wellness began during my first pregnancy in 2021. After experiencing two unmedicated natural births with the guidance of a doula, I felt called to help other women prepare for and recover from birth through movement, breath, and mindful connection. I currently teach prenatal and postnatal yoga and fitness at Vida Holistic Wellness Center in Morganville and Create Your Core in South River. In 2025, I launched my 12-Week Prenatal Coaching Program and am thrilled to be introducing an On-Demand version in 2026!

Also in 2025, I earned my E.C.S.P. certification (Exercise, Core, Strength, and Pilates) under Jonathan Nguyen and now bring this dynamic and innovative approach to CoreReform in Highland Park, NJ. I’m also a Reiki Level II Practitioner and love collaborating with other teachers and healers to co-lead wellness retreats around the world—sharing movement and mindfulness in places like Greece, Puerto Rico, Florida, and beyond.

Outside of teaching, I love spending time in nature, moving my body, cooking healthy meals, and making memories with family and friends. My two little ones—Noah (3) and River (1)—are the heart of everything I do, and I’m so excited to welcome our third baby in March 2026!

Movement is medicine.
