Aerial yoga combines the strength, balance, and flexibility of traditional yoga with the freedom that comes with being suspended in the air. This practice is designed for spinal decompression, lymphatic movement and myofascial release and uses the aerial hammock to move through yoga and other poses.

Flow is a vigorous practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking body, breath, and movement. These classes are challenging, while modifications are given for alignment and to deepen postures. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing your body and calming your mind. All levels welcome, prior experience recommended.
